Our 1970’s era home was in desperate need of a makeover along with improvements to the layout and usability of our living space. After some research and gathering quotes we chose JCC Build because they were affordable and Will really listened and understood our brief and what we hoped to achieve.
Renovation work can be stressful, time-consuming and expensive. But the JCC team guided us through the process from planning, to concept designs with quotes, then final plans and construction. We had excellent communication with the team throughout the project. The Buildertrend app really helped us keep up-to-date with scheduling changes and cost variations.
It was a pleasure to see the JCC team and sub-trades working so well alongside each other. They have clearly built up good rapport. The years of industry experience are evident and a lot of thought goes on behind the scenes to create an efficient renovation timeline.
We love coming home to our transformed family kitchen and living area, the heart of our home. Our bathroom and laundry have been brought into the 21st century, they look great and function superbly. The refreshed master bedroom and ensuite provide a peaceful place to retreat from the hustle of family life.

Will and the JCC Build team were fantastic to work with during the extensive four month renovation of our tired 1960s state house. The outcome was transformational and exceeded our expectations. He provided really constructive feedback on our ideas and contributed a wealth of experience which helped us make quick and informed decisions. Throughout the project, the team communicated with us regularly and involved us in every decision, which meant we had no unexpected delays or surprises.
The whole JCC Build team were reliable and courteous throughout the project and were a pleasure to deal with. He didn't hesitate to support us post construction with some minor finishing issues which was really pleasing.

"Glad I chose JCC to do my renovation"
Now that all the renovation work is completed and I have the outside sink installed I am really enjoying living in my remodeled house. It was hard doing without a washing machine and dishwasher for a number of months but I am glad of the time the renovation was done rather than now. Some of the suggestions from the building team really made a big difference to the ultimate result. The quality of the work was excellent as well. The smart vent system works great although the vents have lessened the crawl space for other work to be done under the house. For example could not get a moisture barrier put in or an extra connection to existing cables. Maybe this was unavoidable and I really do appreciate having the drier and temperature passively controlled air in the house especially on the hot days. I enjoyed the JCC team and the respect I felt as well as their patience. I am indeed very glad I chose JCC to do my renovation and thought the other subcontractors were great

In all instances I have found Will to show initiative, to be absolutely reliable, honest, very diligent and extremely pleasant to work with. Will communicates exceptionally well, and has always kept me informed of timetables and any changes to these.
Will is very hard working, is respected by his peers, and is able to organise his team to be very efficient and to complete the work in the minimal time with the least amount of disruption.
His work is of the highest quality and I have not had any issue with any of the work Will has completed for me over the last 4 years.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in employing Will in the future and are currently investigating with Will some changes to the entrance of our family home in Hamilton.

I have known and worked with Will and his crew since the JCC business was established. They have been, at all times, professional, co-operative, hard working and a real pleasure to work with.
Will is very careful to understand the nature and requirements of the job, and to use his experience and expertise to communicate very well, both before the work starts and for the duration of the project. He is quick to see how his work fits in to the total scheme, and is willing to make suggestions for improving both his own work and that of peripheral requirements.
JCC Build has completed a number of projects for me both on my own homes and at commercial properties. Will has made sure the work entails as little disruption as possible – for me or for the commercial tenants. The results have always met or exceeded my expectations. He has been quick to recognize any issues during the process, discuss them fully, recommend solutions and incorporate the additional work (as agreed) into his clearly communicated timetable. Similarly, he is very accommodating in regard to alterations I (or my tenants) have asked to have included as the work progressed.
