Will is a competent carpenter and Licensed Building Practitioner who has been in the building industry since 2002. He loves making people's building dreams a reality. Will is highly skilled in site management and knows the importance of clear communication between builder, clients and sub-trades. Together with his wife, Sarah, Will created the JCC Build brand and they have every intention of providing a long-term building service to the Waikato that is founded on innovation, excellence and integrity.
Sarah has acquired essential management and multi-tasking skills as a primary school teacher and a mum to her and Will's, six kids. She also has a keen eye for detail and enjoys dabbling in interior make-overs. Sarah is passionate about spending quality time with family and friends and is proud to be part of the JCC Build team.
Murray is a Chartered Accountant by trade, with a bachelor of Management Studies from Waikato University. He has spent the first ten years of his career working for Deloitte and Fonterra across a range of analytical/accounting roles. He is excited to join the JCC Team and contribute to the exciting vision JCC Build is developing. Most spare time is invested in a full family life. One day he dreams of playing golf again!
Monica originally comes from Rotorua but loves the Waikato for both the people and its central locality. She thoroughly enjoys being part of the JCC Build team, as they make it easy to come to work. In her spare time, Monica loves to bake and has used her background in design, to create some very impressive cakes.
Gareth is a Licensed Building Practitioner who has qualifications in both Carpentry and Construction and has been in the building industry since 2003. He enjoys the variety of work that building brings, along with the opportunities that arise from working with the JCC Build team. Gareth loves his family and friends and being in the Waikato means he can also pursue other passions, like hunting and fishing.
Deryk is a competent carpenter and a Licensed Building Practitioner, who has been in the industry since 1997. He loves the Waikato because that’s where his family and good friends are. Deryk enjoys that building has so many different facets to the job and his favourite ‘tool’ is an apprentice. In his spare time, he enjoys battling over a board game and spending quality time with his family.
For James, the best part of the being in the team at JCC Build is improving people's homes, by repairing or completely re-building them. James loves the Waikato for the convenience of living in the city but having the countryside nearby. His passions include both mountain biking and road cycling. James has almost completed his building qualifications and has been in the industry since 2016.
Paul’s has been in the building industry since 2012. and is a qualified carpenter. His favourite part of being a builder, is seeing the finished product and he enjoys that JCC Build works on many different projects. Paul loves the Waikato because there’s good people here and it’s also where he found his wife.
Liam loves using his skills, within the JCC Build team, to create the client's vision. He has been in the building industry since 2011 and is already a qualified joiner. Liam is currently working towards completing his building apprenticeship.
Gareth is an apprentice and has been in the building industry since 2016. His favourite part of being a builder is having the satisfaction of seeing the finished product. Gareth enjoys the comradery and drive to produce high quality workmanship, within the team at JCC Build. He likes the fact that living in the Waikato means he can be close to his family and the great outdoors. Gareth spends his spare time travelling, running and being a part of a church.
Tyran is a qualified carpenter and has been in the building industry since 2012. He enjoys working for JCC Build as the company shows dedication to quality work and holds a high standard of practise. For Tyran, the Waikato is full of growth and progression and he enjoys being a part of it. When not on the job, he chills out by playing video games or skating outside.
Sasha has had plenty of experience placing and finishing concrete. He joined the JCC Build team as an apprentice in 2018. There’s never a dull moment when Sasha is on site.
Abulfazal started working for JCC Build in 2018 and enjoys working in a team. For Abulfazal, the best thing about living in the Waikato is the community and the friends he has made. In his spare time, he loves running and playing soccer.
